	Principle of the collection mechanism

The air including paint mist, is drawn at high speed into the swirl chamber by the exhaust fan. Paint mist is separated from air flow by the centrifugal force of swirl chamber and collected as it hits the water membrane. The eliminator prevents water from entering the exhaust port. Water and paint mist are returned to the front of the water tank via the return pipe.

·	The swirl chamber system utilizing centrifugal force affords very high efficiency in collecting paint mist such as 99.5% of melamine paint, 97% of plastic paint and lacquer paint.

Easy cleaning, maintenance and inspection
·	The new design concept affords easier cleaning, maintenance and inspection by separating the lightweight swirl chamber from the return pipe, and by attaching the cleaning door to the front panel.

Cost reduction for duct installation
·	Reduce the installing duct The number of exhaust fans in large models (VB-40D, 50D) is reduced from 2 sets to 1 set, resulting in a cost reduction for duct installation.
