Features
Provides ultimate high efficiency painting which cannot be obtained with air atomization. Significant reduction of robot teaching time, cycle time and paint consumption
Air spray gun (ellipse pattern) Coats again and again to cover mottling surfaces. Avoids thick paint film at corners, which is necessary for quick turn maneuver of gun E-Bell Rotary atomizing gun (round-shaped pattern) Generated particle sizes are uniform. Hard to appear mottling surface. Not necessary for layer one over another. Owing to a round pattern, quick turn maneuver is unnecessary. (Possible with a single stroke spary application)
