Free installation system
MRP-5000/5100 can be mounted on floor and ceiling, and MRP-5000 can be mounted on the wall, by which flexible
line layout is made easily possible. (With wall mount, there is a limit in working range and speed.)

Automatic formation of painting orbit
Divide the work into painting surface and input painting sequence, shape of each surface, locations and painting
method. Painting orbit on whole work is automaticaly generated and cycle time is calculated.

Automatic setting of painting conditions
A combination of automatically created painting orbits, painting equipment to be used, paint data and film
thickness to be painted automatically set conditions to control painting equipment, and completes program
of robot.

Robot program is created through PC and the movement is simulated. (Option)

CAD data of work is downloaded and the orbit is created while checking the shape.

Air signal to control various combinations of painting equipment is controlled directly through robot and
output to painting equipment.

Control function of rotary electrostatic gun
The robot program controls number of turns, shaping air pressure, paint output and voltage freely. Conditions
can be changed freely in response to the place to be painted and desired paint film thickness. Air panel
for control and electrostatic controller can be built-in the robot control unit, allowing assembly with high
performance coating systems.

Built-in color change valve
Color change functions and the valve (max. 10 colors) can be built-in the robot body, contributing to reduction
of color change time and paint loss.

High accuracy control for paint flow volume and painting conditions follow-up to environmental variations,

Contributes to stable and precise paint flow from small to large volumes.

Servo control technology in robot is used to gear pump to control gear pump rotation with high-precision.

Output of flow meter is fed back to the robot which automatically adjusts paint output to the desired value
set in robot program.

Variation of painting conditions
Better painting conditions are automatically selected from 5 variations prepared to environment changes (temperature,
humidity, etc.) in spray booth to keep quality of painting.
