The combination of the
MRP-3000 paint coating robot and high-performance
auto gun GFA follows up with precise conveyor movements
that targets only sections to be coated, resulting
in high transfer efficiency with automatic spindle
coating system, reduction of paint consumption, and
shortening of setup time to change works, and is
applicable for complicated-shape works.
An ultimate coating
system to make full use of advantages of rotary
atomizing gun E-Bell and the intelligent paint
coating robot MRP-5000 series. A combination
of V-shaped conveyor allows for the operation
efficiency from carry-in to coating for the range
of 50 inch TV frames.
